I need to develope a lisp file header to use for our in-house lisp files. Looking for something that includes a copyright @ notice and revision history.
Is there some automoted way to use this in Vlisp?

Just write out whatever you want it to say and save it as a template for
your future works. Open it, SaveAs, then code away. No doubt there are as
many "standard" headers as there are code-cutters. Just borrow the features
you like from some of the thousands of freely-available examples.

  3. There is also an Insert File feature under the Edit menu's additional
commands in the VLIDE for your existing files.
