Anyone had luck with XP SP2 and Plotting

We have a customer who says that since installing SP2 the lines merge no
longer works in AutoCAD 2004 for both our program and for DWF files. Just
wondering if anyone else has been brave (some would call it stupid) enough
to install SP2 and fully test it with AutoCAD?

The user tried uninstalling the SP2 which didn't help at all. I was hoping
I could get him to verify if one could edit the pc3 file and try setting at
least the color/monochrome for the printer to see if that works so we know
if it's a problem with reading the pc3 or a problem with just the lines
merge. But he's now out until late October so we'll have to wait until then
unless I get motivated to install it on a test computer myself.
