Any good Project Management application?

    Hello Everybody,



    I am looking for an application that can handle most of the programming
    project management demands. Ideally, the application should have the
    following functions:



    1. Manager can create a project, with the drawing or necessary data
    attached.

    2. Will be able to send a notification email out whenever there is any
    progress.

    3. Manager would be able to see the progress anytime.



    If any of you experiences any application does this, could you please let me
    know. Thanks for any input.
