any body inform me how to increse out put

    Hi all,
    I want to know how to increase out put of eps cups production.
    At present we have 8 cavity cup mold and have 7 machines at the rate
    of six cycle per minute we r producing only 200K pieces only . it is
    very low out put . i want to improve this production up to 600k please
    suggest me

    I don't believe this is the correct forum for this discussion. Nor do
    I think you'd like my answer to your question (namely that this kind
    of information usually requires an expert which would be paid for his/
    her services). However, you may wish to provide more information if
    you want assistance from these forums.

  3. Seven machines times 8 cavities times 6 cycles per minutes should give you
    (assuming 100% yield for now) 336 parts per minute. That gives you 20,160
    parts per hour. Are you only running 10 hours a day to give you 200K parts
    per day? If that is the case, you can run more hours per day to increase
    your output to over 400K parts per day. If you can't increase the time you
    run, then you either have to add machines, put more cavities on each
    machine, reduce your cycle time, reduce your scrap rate, or some combination
    of the above.

    What are you using for feedstock and what temperatures are you running
    the mold at? What testing have you done with machine timing and
    temperatures?
