animate the image picture

in vba with acad the image can put *.gif file with animation or not

 

I believe the answer is NO. You'd need to get an animated gif control from
some place like vbAccelerator.com

I'm not sure if this gets into the whole "EULA" deal with controls.

Basically, from vba you can only use those controls that are present with a
clean fresh install - if you have to browse out for it then you can't use
it. So this'd be a no-no - assuming you got caught =)
