angle+offset plane

    What is the simplest way of creating a plane at an angle with an offset?

    You got it right.
    I mean first create a plane at an angle, then offset that plane some
    distance.

    Another way is to have a line or axis that you want your plane to intersect
    and select a plane and the line and type in the desired angle.
