AMD or Intel?

    Hi,

    a short question. What do you recommend for a autocad 2005 workstation?
    An Intel Pentium 4 or an AMD Athlon 64? And would it be a big
    performance increase when i take a dual machine (Xeon or Opteron)??

    You're unlikely to need more than a PII for AutoCAD per se, and not even
    much RAM at that. It just doesn't demand much in the way of system
    resources. If you were using Inventor that would be a different story.
