ADT 2006 Plot issues

I am trying to print a site plan with a floor-plan x-ref'd into it, and
it continually fails with the following warning:

I have tried purging the file and re-inserting the xref, plotting from
both model and paper space, and even printing the site as an xref in a
layout file. The floor plan prints fine in other instance, but just
not here...

Any clue as to the issue?
