    Ok, Solidworks 2007 SP3.0

In the Toolbox, Solidworks has the Binder Head screw under Ansi Inch,
    Bolts & Screws, Machine Screws.....
And if you select a #6 screw, the longest you have avaiable to you is
a 1 3/8" long screw. I want to add 1 1/2" long screw to this list.

When I go into the Options, Hole Wizard/Toolbox, Configure... and go
down the line to the Binder Head Screw the Binder Head screw has a
Lock Icon on it and I can not modify it. How do I unlock it??? to add
    my custom legth???

not the easiest to do. but you have to copy the database to a new
name to allow addition of fastener lengths. i would contact VAR on
information on how to do this with no problems. i do not see enough
in the help files to actually help doing this. maybe something on SWx
web site also. i have done this because we use small and shorter
fasteners than what was provided. i would suggest doing this on a
separate system, configure it and then once it is running as you like
it, copy it to production location. iQ
