We use Novell iPrint for our printing needs. If I run the Add plotter
Wizard(addplwiz.exe) I get a Internal Error: unexpected unknown exception
about halfway through the process of adding a plotter. Remove the iPrint
client and the wizard works. This is repeatable across all our CAD
    workstations.

I couldn't find anything in the autodesk knowledge base about this. Is this
    a known bug?

Got an answer from someone in the Novell iPrint forum. Seems AutoCad can't
print or run the wizard if iPrint is the first listed print provider on the
workstation. Looks like there is a bug somewhere.

The solution is to change the order of the "print provider" in "Network and
Dial-up Connections" - Advanced (from the top menu) - Advanced Settings -
Provider Order. Move "Novell iPrint Services" from the first position
