    Hello:

I'd like to see the very useful PUBLISH utility updated with a small
modification... add a "Plot to File" option in the "Publish To" section of
    the PUBLISH dialog box.

Currently, the "Publish To" options are as follows:

    (1) Plotter named in page setup
    (2) DWF File

When using Option 1, the PageSetup .pc3 file "Port Setting" must be set to
"Plot to File" to get Publish to plot to file.

Experience has shown that users will use the "Plot to File" port setting
when publishing a large sheet set (for spooling later), and use a "network
printer" port setting to plot directly to a network printer for a small
    sheet set.

This forces the user to either (a) maintain two separate .pc3 files/ Page
Setups or (b) manually edit the .pc3 file "Port Setting" as required. This
    is extra work.

Adding a "Plot to File" override to the Publish utility would save this
    step.

    Thanks,
