add-in

    Hello all,
    we want to develop an add-in for autocad.
    Can any one tell me what are the advantages and disadvantages of using lisp, VBA and ARX. I want to know which is the best way to develop.

    There have be dozens of threads on this issue in this newsgroup, the cad
    manager newsgroup, the vba newsgroup and the land-desktop customization
    group.
    Read all these for the diversion opinions. IMHO it depends on the extent of
    the code you are going to write and if user interfaces are required.
