AcTpCatalog.atc and AcTpTools.atc error

    We have a computer where we get the error messages

    "Unable to load catalog file 'C:\Document and
    settings\.<username>\....\support\TooPalette\AcTpCatalog.atc'"

    and

    "Unable to load catalog file 'C:\Document and
    settings\<username>\....\support\RegisteredTools\AcTpTools.atc'"

    when AutoCad 2004 LT is launched.

    Anyone can help me?

    Those are standard LT tools installed with AutoCAD LT. Do a Windows search
    for filenames containing "actp" to see if they're present and in the proper
    folders. If not, your best bet would be to reinstall LT.

    the file is in correct position and i have already tried to reinstall... the
    error persist
