aclyutil.arx and AutoCad 2K4

    What's the deal with aclyutil.arx not loading in AutoCAD 2K4? I've really become dependent on those utilities to ensure everyone is plotting the same way.....but now they won't load anymore. Anybody know what happened. TIA
