ACIS SAT file too Old?

    I have a customer that says AutoCAD 2005 will not open a ACIS SAT file
    created in MDT4. Does this make any sense? I can understans problems
    with forward compatibility, but backward compatibility issues seem
    odd. The SAT file is ACIS 5.0.

    probably features used which a 2D program as AC does not support..

    btw, current is ACIS R13
