AcDblClkEditPE.arx - messages moved

    The messages in "AcDblClkEditPE.arx" have been moved to where ARX
    issues are supported. The ObjectARX newsgroup for NTTP newsgroup
    readers can be found at
    news://discussion.autodesk.com/autodesk.autocad.objectarx.

    You may also access the ARX discussion group via the HTTP
    web-based forums at
    http://discussion.autodesk.com/WebX?14@@.f08f6c2.
