Access AcadExternalReference object

    Do any body know how to access the external reference object. I not only require to access all the external references in a drawing, but also the definition for thoses external references in the drawing. I aslo want to do some changes in the original file which has been referenced in the current file. Is this possible?

    Use a filtered selection set to get the top-level XRefs inserted in the
    drawing. Each one of those objects will have the Path property, which you
    can use to load the external drawing and perform the edits. You can opt to
    fully load the external drawing or use ObjectDBX. Details on all of this can
    be found by searching this ng.
