AcadR14 to R2004 customization moving

    Hi All,

    Can you tell me the simplest way to:
    1. Bring all my custom toolbuttons from R14 to R2004
    2. Put my custom .BMP toolbutton icons to avoid smileyfaces
    3. Bring my full custom menu from R14 to R2004
    4. Bring my plot configurations (color = lineweight) from R14 to R2004
