    Sorry, but the OP said Free. VoloView is not free.

  4. Cute writer will plot pdf files. It is a shareware program.

    If someone needs to view or plot a drawing and if they don't have acad or
    Volo, I send them a pdf file. It works!

    Acrobat viewer is a free download.

    Somehow I don't think it will read 2004 drawings.

    Ok, try this:
    1. Make a file that is convient to find and lable it "dwg to send" or what
    ever.
    2. Place desired drawing into file.
    3. Winzip the file then email it.
    All the reeiver has to do is unzip it , view it, redue the process..and
    walla! your back in business.
