We have a network set up here with AutoCAD installed with a network license.
The first time a person logs on and starts AutoCAD the software does an
install and places all of the support folder files in the local user
profile. AutoCAD and its menu loads and works fine. When that person closes
out of AutoCAD the files remain in the support folder, but when the user
logs off of the machine, the files are deleted out of the local user support
folder but the folder remain. The next time that person logs onto the
machine, the files are not there and AutoCAD will not load up the acad.mnu
    file.

    Help, Please!!

  3. Hi Mark,

Our installer does not remove these folders or files. Actually MSI does not
have a mechanism to do this and that is part of why we wrote the cleanup
tools for use after a full uninstall. Do you have a group policy or roaming
profiles setup that is removing these files? You may want to check with
your IT group to see what is going on here.

Others may jump in with ideas as well.

    Hope this helps.
