acad 2004 - is it possible to extrude region via 3D spline

    to get some organomorphic forms like curved tubes, curved road and so on?
    This problem is killing me not so softly. Can anybody recomend other
    programs which can exchange results with acad or any acad extension or any
    lisp routine?

    Something is possible in pure AutoCAD - using the M2S.lsp routine.
