    Hello world,
Just like to find out, all the error message on unhandled exception with the
hexadecimal addresses, is it thrown by the OS (Windows) or generated by
    Autocad?
Is there any database on these error code/message on Acad?
I think it should be useful if these errors is properly documented, right?

They are trapped by the OS. However most of the time, the values shown are
useless, since they change with each PC (and perhaps with every time you
launch the product). Many of them may be caused by video drivers or other
helper software loaded by AutoCAD or the OS -- or even the physical memory
itself. The file names shown (DLLs or EXEs) are a better clue than the
    actual hex values.

Some of them, though, are indeed documented in the Autodesk Knowledgebase.
