about doc

    want to write one programm that i have one document in the server if that .txt file modifyes my prgramm need to read the line the txt file and give a alert message to me

    think one fuction is there vlr-docmanagerreactor

    but i am not getting how to apply this function



    please suggest me bcoz it is very needful to me
