A2004 not printing all

    Using A2004.
    Got a drawing with some x-refs, some solids inserted, some solids created in model space.
    Some solids not printing nor showing in preview.
    Solids not showing are randomly x-refs, inserts & created in model space.
    I have checked all layers are on (not off nor frozen)
    All linetypes are continuous - ie same linetype whole drawing
    Same effect with different print drivers inc. dwf
    Same effect in model & layout.
    All layers set to print (little printer has no red line :))
    plot style set to print all black, 0.1 continuous line
    When I open the x-refs original drawing they print fine.
    What have I forgotten?
    Why only random solids?

    Do those object have a Named Plot style ?
    If not: possible an error in the DWG. Wblock your entire drawing into a new file get rid of it.

    is it possible that entities are inserted or xref'd on to DEFPOINTS or another layer that does not plot?
