    Hello All,

I'm having trouble with the following scenario:

I used some Pan head screws from Toolbox in an assembly and then later
did a SaveAs and called them something that made sense and added a
    material to them.
However now neither the material nor the weight will show up in the BOM.

Any thoughts are more than welcome.

    TIA,
    Muggs

How did you add the material? (sw Material that shows up in the tree or
    a custom property?)

Is there any reason to expect a material to show up in the BOM? Do you
have a BOM column set up to use a custom property? Is there some other
link between however you set up the material and the BOM column? Do you
have a BOM column for weight? Does the part have a custom property that
drives a custom property for weight (mass)?

    Hey Matt,

I RMB on Material in the FM and added alloy steel.
Yes to all of the above (below).
I have a custom BOM template that has columns for material and Weight
    (mass).

All other parts show both columns populated.
    Any other thoughts?

    Hey Matt,
Well you don't know it, but you helped thanks!

After some poking around I found that I never ran the Gator
(Propa-Gator) to populate the custom props.

Apparently it's too late in the week before Christmas.

    Thanks again,
