8830 - incomplete plots

    Four months ago we installed a new Xerox 8830 plotter. I am getting incomplete Inventor R7 drawing plots. The title block and borders are not plotting. I do not have much experience and knowledge about these matters and our IT department is dragging their feet.

    I need any information I can pass on to them! Is this a common problem? Is it the driver?

    Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
