3gb switch on Win XP SP2?

    Has anyone implemented the 3gb switch on windows xp sp2? I have read
    that xp sp1 requires a hotfix to be installed, does xp sp2 include this
    hotfix or does the user still need to download and install the hotfix?
    Can anyone point me to the web site where Ican download the hotfix?
