When I subtract 3d solids like a simple cone to a box often Autocad give me
    a 3d modelling error.
How can I resolve this problem ?

    Thanks, Denis

are you selecting the objects in the correct order? you select the object
you are subtracting from first. Probably not the reason but worth a look.

You might have a case where you end up with "0" geometry..if the top (flat portion) of the cone is exactly compliant with the
surface of the square. The subtraction may leave "nothing" that Autocad is unable to deal with. Move the cone slightly to
    outside the square.
