2006 NLM and NT 4.0

    I don't think it is. Windows MSI 3.0 is not supported by Windows NT 4.0, so I doubt you would even be able to install it.

    NT 4 is now, let's see, 11 years old?

    Well, almost 10 years old (September of '96) -- but you have to admit that for as old as NT4 is, it certainly does the job.

    Microsoft is completely pulling all support for Windows NT on January 1st, 2007. Even by that measure, Windows 2000 is ancient history!
