2005 shift-deselect. how??

    help please!
    in autocad 2004 I could deselct an object in existing selection by holding
    shift and clicking on it. in 2005 version I can't do that! how I am suppose
    to do this routine now?

    Try setting the system variable PICKADD to 1. (If it is set to 1, then
