2005 Plotting - where did the mm / inches toggle go??

We just installed AutoCAD 2005 in the office and have been trying to plot a simple 431 x 279mm ( = 11x 17 inches) size drawing to our HP 1220c Deskjet printer which only has 11x17in as a page size option, and not its metric equivalent. The problem occurs when I go to select the
431 x 279mm size "window" for plotting and I no longer have the option to select mm vs inches when I choose 11 x 17 inches as the paper size. Did these toggle buttons get removed from the plotting dialogue box?
Is there a way to get around this problem??
    Any help is appreciated.

Go to properties on the plot dialogue box and select the device and document settings tab. Go to custom properties and then select 'more sizes'. There you should find check boxes for various paper formats.

    Hope this helps.
