2005 Menus and the ampersand

    Anyone else notice that none of the menus
    seem to display the & for the 'hot keys'.

    They are all there in the menu file, just don't
    display like they used to.

    Wonder why something like that would really
    be needed? I mean, were they annoying some
    people enough to get that put into windows?

    PS: Win2K here and same 'features'

    I noticed that .dcl dialog boxes kind of 'clip' off the bottom 1 or 2 rows of picsels of the box border. Any tuning for that ?
