2004 crashes when printing to Oce 9400

    Any time we try to create plots from 2004 to an Oce 9400, the program crashes. Error message Unhandled Access Violation reading 0x1976 Exception at 36028336h.

    We have recently upgraded our Cad system to 2004 from 2000. This problem did not exist previously.

    OS: w2k pro SP3

    I have also tried to reinstall new printer drivers, but get a "heidi mismatch" error.

    Any ideas

    I have recently downloaded supposed 2004 HDI drivers from Oce website, but this still generates the heidi mismatch error. Also, when trying to install via the add plotter wizard, system printer option, i get a Visual C++ runtime error and the program crashes....
