    Dear Sir:

Instead of complaining to my provider... Please, would you be so kind to
post the RULES of the conference.

I am the reader of the conferences:

    alt.cad.autocad and comp.cad.autocad since 1997.

And I never saw, that you had placed here the rules of these
    conferences at least once!

P.S. I did not want to break these Rules...
I simply want to feed my family...
To feed my mother, who pass through the awful war (1941-1945)
when she was a little child, who gave all she has got to provide
the higher education for me, who never eat she's fill.... :-\
I simply want to help my grandma, which now is seriously ill and
requires a medicine and an expensive treatment. :-[

I think I'm quite good specialist and could help my family if I
    have found the work...

Probably, you consider, that my posting was a very big sin...?
May be... may be.... But I have said one thing to you (only you don't
take offence): you just never be starved in your _happy_ life... :-\

Sometimes it seems to me, that we live with you on different planets...

With the best regards from Kiev:

OK, I will try to find out it.
I have sent the inquiry message to my ISP.

But, however, where I could get the Rules of the conferences? :)

  3. He never said anyone complained, AFAIK. No quotation either.

  4. Maybe I've been splitting hairs for too long, Tom, but I think it's only
    implied...

Alas, Michael, you are unfortunately wrong. :-\
My ISP had got the message about my "spaming" in these newsgroups
    from the SpamCop:

    http://spamcop.net/w3m?i=z311212641z0c11fd15250b8f582bbc78a435da4017z
    NNTP post from 193.193.193.102 / Wed, 25 Jun 2003 22:08:02 +0000 (UTC)

I had asked my ISP in my yesterday's letter to clear up the "reason"
("motive") and the "name" of the complainant. At present time I have got
no answer from my ISP. If I will have a time today, I will try to call
my ISP and clarify these questions.

  7. I see, thanks for the reply. By the way, I tried to reply to your E-mail address but
have got an error message. What gives?

    Igor.

    It is strange enough...
Because my E-mail <> is absolutely operable!
Only in case the letter is infected with a virus it can't be received
by me (it works the anti-virus program of my ISP). This is the one
possible reason. And the other simple possible reason - you just point
(type) the wrong E-mail address. ;)

    Try it again. ;)

P.S. I bring my apologies for a delay with the answer - recently I
    have too much work. :)
