04 old printer error on Print Command

    Why do I get an "Warning HP 1220 C printer not found.............." every
    time I open a drawing in ACAD '04 when I am now using a new driver and
    printer?

    Do I need to trash the driver from the old HP driver or what exactly?

    Also, how do I get my Page Setup to stick to the drawing instead of having
    to pull it down everytime? In 00 you had to rightclick on the tab and do an
    actual plot to get it to stick. Is this the case for 04 AND should this work
    for both the paperspace and modelspace tab?
