V8i - Adjusting Tool and Text size on a 12 inch Surface screen

    Hi there.
    I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro 6, a 2-in-1 laptop/tablet with a 12 inch screen, running Mstation V8i. Much of the text, all the tools and icons and menus are displaying too small. Can anyone kindly advise how to enlarge these items? I suspect there are multiple factors involved.
